If you aim higher, try one of our peaks where an unforgettable view of the surrounding 3,000-meter (9,843 ft.) peaks awaits you.
As an alternative to sporting activities, we recommend you to visit the URKRAFT UMHAUSEN also the ÖTZI-VILLAGE, the archeological open air museum, the raptorial bird park with spectacular shows, the natural bathing lake, and the waterfall "Stuibenfall". With a height of 159m it is biggest waterfall in Tyrol.
In the winter you can test your athletic skills and endurance on our approx. 31 km (skating and classic) of cross-country tracks. With 3 ski lifts in Niederthai, ski fun for the whole family is guaranteed. If you don't want to stand on two boards, try snow shoe hikes, toboggan or a romantic sleigh ride through the village.
